Forestry Mulching
Forestry Mulching is an effective and environmentally friendly method for clearing overgrowth.
Rather than using dozens of bulldozers and woodchippers, forestry mulching utilizes a single machine to chop and mulch the vegetation. Furthermore, instead of hauling the underbrush away to a disposal site, forestry mulching turns it into mulch on-site to be used as nutrients for the land. Finally, it is far cheaper than clearing the land because forestry mulching needs only one machine.
Hydroseeding
Hydroseeding is a method of seeding developed in the 1940s that is faster than regular seeding and far cheaper than sodding. Hydroseeding utilizes a customizable "slurry" comprised of seed, mulch, fertilizer, and water sprayed over the lawn and constantly watered over the next few weeks.
Due to the fertilizer and mulch, hydroseeded lawns grow faster and provide some erosion protection. To see the results, take a look at one of our client's lawns!
